The key lies in the Energy Zone—the longer you stay in this optimal training zone, the more points you earn, meaning you're maximising your workout efficiency.
Each session is divided into six training blocks, with a maximum of 1,000 points per block and a total cap of 6,000 points per session. If you finish your workout close to this score, it means you’ve maintained the right intensity throughout the entire session.
The more points you collect, the more efficient and productive your effort has been!
